La Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs(TM) today is an international gastronomic association, dedicated to honouring the preservation of the traditions and practices of the old French guild in a completely contemporary and international context.
We host dinners on a regular basis that bring together food and wine lovers as well as professionals in the industry, influencers, top chefs and hoteliers for exclusive and exquisite upscale and luxury dining experiences.
The principal goal of la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is to bring professional and non-professional, enthusiasts in over 90 member countries together to celebrate their passion for fine cuisines and wines and to aid and encourage the development of young chefs, sommeliers, mixologists and baristas worldwide through its national and international competitions as well as provide international food support and aid to those in need.
Membership is by invitation only.
